Description Of Work: 
Dan worked on my pinball machine last November.  When the machine sat idle for a week or two, it was difficult to get it to reset.  Eventually we weren't able to reset it at all, so I called Dan to come and fix it.

Comments: Fabulous!  It took Dan less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it.  Now the machine resets just like it's supposed to.  He made trip and fixed the machine at NO CHARGE.  I would recommend him without reservation.  He knows what he is doing, and he backs his service.  It has been a joy to have him work on our machine.

He serviced my pinball machine which stopped working recently. 
Comments: 
Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck.  Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play.  Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly.  He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts.  Dan did not mind my "standing over his shoulder," asking him questions as he worked on my machine.  It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines.  He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair.  In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape.  He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills!  The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair.  Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience!  If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call.

Comments:   Dan arrived promptly on a Saturday and knew exactly what needed to be done after a couple minutes of diagnosing the machine.  He fixed, cleaned and replaced parts of the machine to make it work again and make the play service spiffy. The jukebox had been sitting for at least 30 years. Plastic was broken, paint peeling off, didn't work, lights missing/not working, etc. A real mess. My dad wouldn't let us get rid of it and always said that someday he would do something with it. We got tired of waiting so called Dan Coulter. Dan came to our home and picked up the jukebox and took it to his shop. We kept in communication during the several month process, even going to look at it a couple times to see the progress.

Dan refurbished all the mechanical stuff, replaced old wiring, cleaned and painted, got all the lights working, sourced and ordered parts as required, and even had a furniture repair shop refinish the birch veneer on the cabinet. It turned out beautiful and is now worth many times the cost to restore it. We spent a couple hours at Cheapo records buying new records for it. Dan even loaded the new records and printed new labels for the buttons with the new songs.

Our goal was to have it done for Father's day and surprise dad. Dan had a bit of a back log, but got it done and delivered it to my folks house on father's day while they were out. We put a GoPro camera near the jukebox so we could see my parents reaction when they saw it.
